well transport is a problem at the moment and it isnt near by enough to walk (4 miles away) so relying on friends to take me but when I get some transport sorted out I want to start going daily if possible.

Definately something worth doing if you are interested in holistic therapies, taught me a lot about myself.
Losing weight is simple in theory and I know exactly how I can do it I just can’t motivate myself to do it. I must try harder…
