how does everyone here curb the hunger ?
day two of trying to be “skinny” .
breakfast -i had nothing.
lunch -a light salad with fetta cheese.
dinner-vegatble soup.
snack- grapes.
drank water
so i guess im on the right track ? but the problem is i have been a vegetarian for a couple of months now and i noticed i dont have as much energy. i do need advice. PLEASE.
help! how do i do this! does anyone have any diet plans that work . because i defianlty need help , and i think i might eat when im sad, how do i stop this ? and how can i curb my hunger!? my dance recital is on friday and i look gross in my costume . drastic neeed for advice !
