Yesterday was the halfway point of the 100 days.
I still a little behind, but trying to catch up. I’ve dropped the squats due to my knees. I’m listening to my body, and my knees are yelling at me.
Still about 5 days behind on the pushups and 10 days on the sit ups.

I started strong and then promptly took a week off. I’m back into it now and will work double some days to catch back up, hopefully by the end of June. Then it will be smooth sailing.

After completing my goal of doing 100 pushups a day for 100 days last summer (roughly memorial day to labor day), I want to do something similiar this summer.
I’ve tentatively decided to do 50 pushups, 50 situps, and 50 squats a day from May 28th to September 4th.
At the end of the summer, I will have done 5,000 each.
Trying now to come up with a name for this summer challenge….
