Since I have learned Ruby on Rails, I have begun rebuilding the site bikeride.com. My goal is to launch in my the end of March 2008.

I am making good progress.

I didn’t have much of a home office. I had a desk with an old computer that I never used. My filing cabinets were in my closet.

Over the last week, I removed the computer, moved the desk to a nice space in the basement. Moved the filing cabinets next to the desk, and moved the printer from the floor in the dining room to the top of the filing cabinets.

So far I have gone through one filing cabinet and shredded to garbage bags full of papers.

I bought a couple of plastic organizing bins that will fit perfectly in the space where the tower computer used to fit in the desk.

I got a label maker to start organizing files, and places for everything. I’ve been watching a lot of shows of Mission: Organization.

I got a MacNook Pro at my new job, so I’ve put off getting a new home computer.
