How I did it: I'm not usually a bottled water type of person, but Smart Water is supposed to be really good for you and having that huge 34 oz bottle of water on my desk is great motivation to stay hydrated. I want to continue to grab Smart Waters whenever I need a beverage when I'm out and about (rather than grabbing a coffee or a snapple or a soda). How I did it: I visited my doctor and was basically talked out of being a smoker. I've been wanting to quit for some time but seeing this doc and having her explain to me why it's such a bad idea and give me lots of disapproving head shakes... that was just what I needed.I set a quit day ahead of time and stocked up on gum.
