relax (read all 2 entries…)
ah

Tonight I just had a conversation with a close friend about this, well, what amounts to learning to relax. We are the type of people that when we try too hard, which is most of the time, we end up shooting ourselves in the foot. Or feet, I suppose.

Strangely at this point in my life I am trying to get out of one place to move to another, and now that the pressure is off here (it’s not that I’m not trying to do well at my job, just that I feel pressure to perform lifted) I am suddenly doing so well that job offers are coming from all over, and that doesn’t ever work when I try it on purpose. So the question becomes, how do you try not to try? ... I mean, without trying. yes, that made sense. thank you.
