after much research and consultations w/a nutritionist, i’ve decided to follow a raw diet and make it kind of go along with the south beach diet’s first phase.
the diet itself actually eliminates foods i have the most trouble with – breads, fruits, startchy things like potatoes and proteins like dairy.
i went on a three day fast to get rid the leftovers in my system, and after that not eating bread wasn’t even a big deal.
i’m starting to feel better – not dizzy, or nauseated, or tired.
i’m not bumping into things or people.
yaaaay!
This week, i will start up my yoga again.

it’s better to just ask what i’m not allergic to…
that would be most seafood, turkey, and leafy things.
some veggies.
the thing is that i don’t really like seafood.
and i’ve never really been a turkey person.
and i am not really into the whole veggie thing.
cow. i love cow. and chocolate. and fruit.
