I think I’d had my Flickr account for two years before I finally paid for an account. I don’t know WHY I waited so long! When I was using the free services, I’d often go whole months without uploading any photos—often losing track of whether or not I had space left that month to add any. I upgraded a year ago and would recommend to anyone that it’s completely worth the small annual fee.

I strongly encourage anyone to use the services of Lulu for self-publishing. It doesn’t matter if you only publish enough copies of your book (whatever the content) for your family or friends…or even just yourself. There’s something very gratifying about holding a book in your hand (no matter how small) and seeing your name on the cover. Do it!
Have you ever harbored a dream in your heart of hearts that you were just sure would NEVER come true? I’m here to tell you that those kinds of dreams DO come true. For decades I’d fantasized about living in the Caribbean…until one day I did. Don’t be afraid to wish on a rainbow. I did once…and ended up here for 5 years.
