I have been addicted to the snack machine in the basement level of the building where I work and to regular fast food restauarant binges and visits. Of course, I can just sense my arteries clogging and my body atrophying…

I’ve started doing this – listening to more eclectic mixes, checking out more internet radio, writing down music I like, etc.

Some good discoveries so far: The Lost Trailers – cool southern rock; Old Crow Medicine Show – eclectic mountain folk; Amos Lee – bluesy soul singer/songwriter.
