Small change in plans 2 months ago

The week after I started my first good habit, I got sun poisoning and had to quit temporarily. Well in the meantime, I decided to change the goal to drink less pop for 28 days and I only have two more days to go.
I drank pop 12/26 days so far and even though that still seems like a lot, it’s definitely way less than what I was consuming before I started this goal. I’m going to continue working on this goal and I’m going to start a new one this coming Monday: Do Pilates at least 2x a week. :)

I found a local store that sells the kits I need to start making my own beer. As soon as I get some extra money, I’m going to try this; hopefully this summer!

I think I’m getting better with this goal. I still get depressed and do stupid things once in awhile, but not nearly as often as before and I’m trying not to be so pessimistic.
