eat healthy
I'm starting with the habit of eating the recommended..

3 portions of fruit, and 2 portions of vegetables.



drink more water
Drink 2.5 litres of water daily

Help keep track of how much you are drinking, using a 2 litre bottle.
In the mornings gulped down a full pint of water, whilst filling the 2 litre bottle from either your tap or filter.
Pour water from the bottle for the rest of the day.
Aim to drink the whole bottle throughout the day.

I’ve followed this for near 2 weeks now and I’m needing to visit the restroom about 6+ times a day.

Anyone else feeling they need to nip to the loo excessively?
