How I did it: The night before I fill a 2 litre bottle of water.Pour a large glass of water before sleeping and leave near your bed. When you wake in the morning, glup down the water to replenish what the body lost over-night.Use the bottle of water to fill a drinking glass throughout the day. Read how I did it…
Help keep track of how much you are drinking, using a 2 litre bottle.
In the mornings gulped down a full pint of water, whilst filling the 2 litre bottle from either your tap or filter.
Pour water from the bottle for the rest of the day.
Aim to drink the whole bottle throughout the day.
I’ve followed this for near 2 weeks now and I’m needing to visit the restroom about 6+ times a day.
Anyone else feeling they need to nip to the loo excessively?
