Floss Every Day
Flossing every day 4 years ago

We all know a healthy and bright smile on just about any person is beautiful! I’m sure your dentist asks you when you see them every six months/year/etc., “Do you floss? How often do you floss?” Do you tell her or him the truth?

Make flossing a habit, just like you brush your teeth every day. It makes a difference, I know my mouth feels cleaner. It will save you money on dental bills in the long run.
Some ways I made it a habit was to put a small sticker on the calendar for each day I got this chore (it’s a chore for me, since I had to give myself a mini-reward to make it into a habit.) I now do it twice a day, before I brush. For every day that you floss, put a quarter into your jar of spare change. It will add up.
