friends,
don’t forget about the soul, with the body being the temple protecting it. they belong together; respect both, love both, your body and the soul.
inside and out
we are walking temples, for sure.
every time i have been drinking too much or worked headlessly too much, i start thinking about my poor body, my temple. and then comes the soul knocking as well… another kind of party… we need to talk… :)
In northern Finland, I finally saw one, from the verandah of a small cottage, (with no electricity, but with a fantastic Finnish sauna and set right beside a beautiful lake that we swam in after the sauna), I finally saw an otter! (Not caged in a zoo) First I thought it was a huge rat, but no, it was an otter. Every night around midnight she swam by, it was magic. The photo is the view from just below the verandah. We named her Ruth.
