i found i have a hunchcy posture and the worsening me is i have bad forward head postures as well. i hate is. i am skinny + hunch back + forward head posture. I am think i have to more consciously trying to sit and walk upright.

one day 24 hours is insufficient for me? it not matter of time but its matter of my poor time management. my life will get much much organize and more things and more plan will get done if i improve my time management.
