How I did it: I substituted school for work, and kept going until I was told that I had received enough qualifying credits to graduate. I also tried to suppress anxiety over mounting student loan bills, and a general lack of educational focus. Read how I did it…
How I did it: We have been Obama supporters since shortly after he announced his candidacy. Although we didn't have time to work in the campaign efforts, we voted Obama in our Super Tuesday caucus, planted an Obama sign in our yard, and drove around with Obama auto decorations. : ) Most importantly, we voted Obama on Nov. 4th! :D Read how I did it…
How I did it: I lost 130+ pounds the old-fashioned way - eating less, working my tail off, and renegotiating my health-related priorities. Using BMR calculations, I try on MOST days to eat about 1,500 cals to lose, 2,000 to maintain, and 'whatever I want' on certain occasions. ; ) I do not restrict fat or carbs or meat.
