How I did it: Find some good friends and always keep yourself occupied. Never just sit around the house doing nothing but watch tv. Also, you need to exercise and eat healthy, this is mandatory (don't eat too much sugar too!) You may not think that this will do much to excerbate your depression but it will. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I ended up using this point rewards system. I would give myself a point at the end of the day, if I ended up eating healthy and exercise. Then after a certain number of points, I could reward myself with something. Read how I did it…
