I’m failing at this so badly right now. :( I still have 30 Day Shred, I really should just do it every morning. We’ll see!

How I did it: myfitnesspal.com <<-- JOIN, seriously. A great web of support, a huge bank of knowledge, and a awesome resource to help you pay attention to your eating/activity habits. I started out with a 10 day juice fast (reboot.com for info and links to recipes, also documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" inspired this... it's good for people of all sizes). I worked out pretty regularly - anywhere from 30 minutes - 3 … Read how I did it…
How I did it: 1) MAKE A BUDGET - figure out ahead of time where all your money is going and how much you want to be saving from each paycheck. Decide where you are spending money that you can scale back on a little in order to help you meet your saving goals. 2) SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT - you can set it up for multiple accounts, so definitely do so. Have the amount that you decided you need to live on deposited to your checking, and have every… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went once with a high school choir, and once with the staff of the college newspaper I work for. The high school trip had a guide, which was alright. So for a long time having lots of knick knacks and TONS of books were the main source of clutter. That’s mostly under control now. The issue is having too much clothing and not having what I decide to keep organized. Sooo, here goes another purge. I moved last year, so a lot of odd papers and records and magazines I would get around to etc. etc. are still boxed up, so that’s another thing I need to sort.
I got through much of that last week, yay! So now I need to organize what I’ve got.
Just checking in :) Hopefully over the next couple weeks I can really knock this out, have all my stuff accounted for and organized, and the rest out the door!
I’m doing strength and resistance training with a minimum of 30 min. cardio 2xweek, plus cardio on its own 2xweek. Woohoo! If I keep this up through the end of the semester, I’ll consider this goal met!
