I’m doing strength and resistance training with a minimum of 30 min. cardio 2xweek, plus cardio on its own 2xweek. Woohoo! If I keep this up through the end of the semester, I’ll consider this goal met!

Eeek! I've almost done it!

Started a 10 day juice fast on 1/3/2012 and today is my last day! I haven’t weighed myself since day 7, but I’d lost 7.5 lbs at that point so I know I’m close! Time to set new goals? Heck yes!!!
