How I did it: After setting the goal, I thought about the restaurants in the areas of town I frequent that I had never eaten at. How I did it: I found a set of back exercises online and started doing them faithfully twice daily. I used a planner to plan each day thereby insuring that there was a place in my day, in the morning and night, to do them.Fortunately, I experienced almost immediate relief from my back pain, as a result of giving my back the care it needed.
