How I did it: I got the lyrics from iTunes and cut and pasted them into a Word document, and checked them for accuracy with the original recording, which I already had in my collection. I listened to the recording and figured out the chords and melody. I happened to be extremely familiar with this song, so this was pretty easy. How I did it: I learned that I felt that special sense of confidence that I craved when I was playing my instruments, that is, actualizing my talent. I also discovered that actively engaging in putting energy into my goals put me in a confident space. Doing these things helped clear out the cobwebs from my mind that caused me to doubt myself. How I did it: I pumped up my tires, oiled my chain and made sure my bike worked OK. I have always kept my bike in good condition, as I am an ex professional bike mechanic. I only rode on dry days and went to local places that I usually walked to, like the library or the drug store, or took public transportation to. Having a backpack to carry stuff was helpful. I smiled at a man while out walking.
Also, as I lay in bed before falling asleep, I went over each interaction I had during the day and clarified some positive qualities of the person and said a prayer for each of them.
This goal will be done ahead of time. I have greatly underestimated the number of acts that can be done.
