How I did it: I had planted all the plants and shrubs. But weeding was becoming a big problem. Ok, so I have them in the car now instead of the cupboard. So at least they are at hand now when I go to the shops, instead of buying dispoable plastic ones. I’m not 100% on this yet but I am getting there :)
Oh Dear I’ve put on 15lb since I started this goal. When I quit smoking I took up eating instead.
I started running but after 3 weeks but when I didn’t see weight loss results I didn’t kept it up.
Well now my appetite has returned to normal and it’s time to quit the excuses and get back on track.
