To improve or grow better
but lost 1 kg. So what do I think did the magic? Less water, more tea – so that could be water loss that led to weight loss. Then no breakfast and lunch, only dinner. Not at all a good habit. But may be I should wait for a week to see if I’ll lose more? If so I’ll continue the same way atleast until I am free enough to get back to my walking habit. Now-a-days, I am at work till wee hours of dawn (hence the skipping of breakfast and lunch and more tea).
Starting from tomorrow I want to reinforce my habit of sleeping early and efficiently.
On Wednesdays, there is Alpha course, and I would be back only by 22:45. Work is gonna be hectic at office and I don’t think I’ll be back before 20:45 atleast 3 days a week.

I have been caught up with unexpected pressures for the past two days. Well, I can’t say that as an excuse. But now I changed my study time to mornings, which means I have got more reasons to wake up early.
as I am moving into a critical project at work that woud require e to work 12+ hours a day.
This Saturday, I’m going to go out and get a whole load of cards related to Leeds. That is something post of the people seem to prefer. One of the people whom I had sent the card to have asked me if I wanted one from her, to which I answered yes. I thought that was so sweet and I have done the same to my senders as well. So next week, I should be posting atleast 6 cards.
one from Netherlands and the other from Estonia. I loved them both. Honestly, I am more happy about the fact that I received postcards from people abroad, than the beauty of the cards.

I had this loooong list of daily routine activities, which I wanted to make a routine. Later I thought it would be a better idea to have a single activity in 43T which I could track on a weekly basis. I am using Joe’s Goals Website to track my daily progress.

I felt 43 was a bit too overwhelming for me. Also, I had been using 43T as a daily-routine tracking tool, but wasn’t using it efficiently either.
I want to hop in to 43T once a week and check how I progressing on my “Wanna do” list, rather than have this looong list with items that I rarely glance at.
And why 28? That happens to be a special number to me. ;)
