There’s so mauch to say about this but if I learned anything it that most people dont know what they want or arent will to give whats needed to get it so the 1st thing im going to do is examine me look at my past what was good and bad what I did right and what I did wrong I will work on me to make sure I would be what I want for my soul mate so I wont list what I looking for here since its most likely either not what I really want or what Im prepared to have at this time but i will keep you updated



meditate daily

Im also doing yoga a 28 day plan I will meditate daily while riht after that or right before bed I will start by simply closing my eyes and hmming till I find a sound that makes my body vibrate somthing I read I will also cont my research on this



Become an excellent cook

I guess I need to cook more 1st when I do cook I enjoy it so much more when the food is as good or better than what I can get out wich is why this goal is important to me I will start with recipes find my favorties then tweak them thats plan any way will let yo know how it goes



learn spanish, be fluent in spanish

I havent come up with a plan for this one yet but I want to include my 6 year old he has spanish in school but thinks it boring can you belived that. I always felt that learning another language would be like opening another world that you couldnt see before I tokk spanish in school all A’s but not fluent I will most likley use the library they have so much available and its free anyway till nworking on a plan

It may sound crazy that I dont cook more being a mom and all but as a single mom by the time its time to make dinner that the last thing I want to do what ive so far is that I have been making more crock pot meals and having my food delivered this helps because i can place my order online while my little guy is sleeping or doin somthin else (no dragging him to the store) I also have all my recipes and coupons spread out in view making it much easier to plan meals well thats it so far



stop procrastinating

Im am great at procrastinating because I can always find something else that hasd to be done so I dont have to do what I dont want to do Im going to start using list but Im not just going to put things that I have to but dont wnat to do I will include fun things as well a little something from each area of my life



drink more water

what Ive been doing is drinking a glass when I wake up with breakfast then a couple during the day then at night before I go to bed im working up to eight I wonder if flavored carbonated water counts hmm



learn yoga
My current program 10 months ago

Im on my 3rd day of yoga Im using a book called yoga 28 day exercise plan it works your body a little at a time and feels great I cant wait to see how much better I am in 28 days Ive already noticed improvment



lose more weight

I have lost 10 lbs so far trying different diets what seems to be working though is a bannana or 2 for breakfast with water , several small meals a day , vitamins and water ohh and I have been doing yoga will start either walking or dancing 3 times a week i have videos for both
