I last told my wife I love her about a month ago. She seems sad and with the problems I have, she might be thinking of leaving me. I hope not. I will tell her I love her when she gets home from work today.

I would love to learn to write a screenplay, or even an essay. I feel I really should have made the most of my grammar school studies, but a broken family and other issues kept me from focusing on important things.

It’s been 3 days since I did cocaine and 2 weeks since I had a drink. I worked out yesterday and today and I feel great. I have been using for over ten years so I am expecting to feel urges very soon. Good thing I am leaving town for Labor Day weekend or else I could see me screwing things up again.

This is a weekly habit I have that’s been raging for too long now. I pray that I can beat this but my track record says that I will have a tough time. Thanks for listening…
