I’ve not drank wine for over a week now and I had a quarter of a glass when I did. To be fair I’ve only touched a brandy and a vodka in that week because I was poorly with a virus.
As for water I’m up to 4 cups a day at least. That’s 1 litre a day for me. Damn good as I wasn’t drinking that much in a month.

I love contributing to trip advisor I have this as a done goal but I still login every now and then and review a hotel or somewhere we have been to eat!
I leave constructive reviews and can only hope the business owners listen to their customers.
As a previous business owner we were never on trip advisor but I wish we had. We won the most loved business in the region, I think we would have done well on tripadvisor.
Note to self….next time.
I work in an environment where I am confronted by fast food every day. On Tuesday I had Burger King meal and it was nice but I felt very urgggh afterwards.
Only other thing I have had is a Sausage roll from Greggs on Saturday and even though hubby had a Lads night in and ordered pizza then saved some for me I was good and went round for tea to my daughters and then when i got home i sat upstairs planning my healthy foods for the week and refused the pizza…ahhh well done me:)
