drink more water
water, water everywhere... 3 months ago

Sometimes entire days pass when I drink nothing but sodas, juice and coffee. Given the obvious health benefits of drinking lots of water, it should be a no-brainer. But because water isn’t exactly as tasty as, say, peach soda, it’s usually my last option. So, starting right now, I will set an alarm to remind me throughout the day to drink up!
