I want to get back into journaling more often, once again. I often use my planner as a bit of a journal almost. But I don’t always go into enough detail and sometimes I want to remember certain days a little clearer and more in depth.
This week, I want to focus on journaling letters to loved ones that I have lost or I’m no longer in touch with. I’ve had a heavy heart recently and feel the need to get my emotions out. I always find writing letters (especially those you have no intention of sending or having them read by someone else) seems to be a great form of therapy.
