How I did it: I did have two books and the power prep software. I made it mostly through one book (the kaplan study guide), but I mostly didn't study. I did the two practice tests that were park of the power prep software the two days before my test.If I had it to do over again I would (1) take one practice test, (2) review all that basic math I forgot in the past 7 years, (3) memorize the most common GRE vocab words, and (4) take the second practice t… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had long been told that Buffy was a series I'd like. I generally stray away from "popular" things because I have this obsession with being unique (it's childish and stupid but I try to fight it).Anyway, I broke my knee in late November 2008 and was basically bed-ridden until January 2009. I was in too much pain/doped up/uncomfortable to read or knit (my usual hobbies) so I decided to watch lots of tv/movies on my laptop. It was the perf… Read how I did it…
How I did it: A lot of organizing my apartment took planning - what goes where and what have you.Another battle is with my super unorganized boyfriend. He loves to have piles of stuff (which I guess is a valid organizing system) but never knows where anything is...and they're a bit of an eyesore. We got him a free filing cabinet from craigslist and are in the process of organizing him piles into folders and putting them in there. The rest of the apartme… Read how I did it…

I’ve read 21 books so far.
I’m working on 3-4 books right now.
I’d say I’m in pretty good shape. :D
According to goodreads, I’ve already read more than I did in 2008:
2008 – 17 books (spent half the year in Japan without access to lots of books)
2007 – 33 books (was in uni half the year, Japan half the year)
Keeping track with a photo album on facebook. It’s awesome because all the great feedback and support I get from my friends. :D
