is an ongoing process. i have approximate 23 lbs to go in my mini-goal and could probably chronicle an additional 14 after that, but the point is that i have reduced, and am on a pretty healthy path to continuing this goal. so i am putting it to bed.



complete the couch to 5K running program
week 8

8 is my lucky number but i am hoping to make it one more week because this is a 9 week running program. almost done!!



practice yoga more regularly (read all 2 entries…)
schmoga.

when i go, it is good
but doing it more regularly
is no longer a priority.
