Someone helped me see that Julia Cameron is very much about staying in pain. I’ve worked through pain for over 10 years -why the hell am I still dragging this shit up?! There comes a time when well-intentioned efforts towards healing are nothing more than wallowing and I won’t do it. I’m too strong now. :D

(two months in…)
While I am happy to be learning the skills required to become a hairdresser, I have not had to tolerate such BITCHINESS since fucking high school. It is truly sad when teachers and students feel the need to indulge in passive aggressive bullshit.
A word to those who have natural talent and a shred of maturity: your teacher may get jealous and if s/he does, watch your back. Seriously. Just keep your head down and work hard and get the hell out of there.
Five more months to go. Gah.
