do yoga regularly

this is one of my goals i’ve actually been TRYING to accomplish. and it’s worked, i do about 5 minutes right before going to sleep. that’s not enough though, so i need to get my lazy ass off this computer and go do some right now.

and then work on some of the rest of my goals, since i’ve pretty much abandoned those.
