But there are other times when it is more a matter of getting to bed earlier.
The times that aren’t my fault are when I get insomnia. I’m looking at that in a constructive way, and will tackle it in various ways. Less caffeine and alcohol etc. And when I really can’t fight it. I think I’ll just get out of bed and DO something.
But I really need more sleep. I really really NEED it. I’m such a bogun when I dont’ get enough.
