my new computer arrives next week – I am so thrilled that I have gotten my things organized – can’t wait to transfer my stuff over. I have always dreaded that task and I am actually looking forward to how much more simple it will be.

Need to get back...

I was consistently doing this until about 3 weeks ago and suddenly I am only getting to the gym once a week – I need to get back!
The thing that scares me is that I was waking up thinking about how I would fit exercise into my day – lately I haven’t had that thought. I want to be in good shape this summer – I want to lose my belly too! Get going girl – it is up to you!

it is so much easier to say thank you and take a compliment than it is to hem and haw about how I don’t deserve it – I didn’t realize how much it was dragging me down – I am a changed person
