and gave a lot away to Goodwill. But I know there are still two shelves in there as well as crap on the floor, just waiting to be sorted out…2008 is the year, for sure.

Well, I'm still the same weight
17 months ago
But I’m healthier than I was 1 year ago. That counts for something, I guess. I was able to easily jog 1 mile of my 3.5 mile route without stopping today which I don’t think I’ve done in my adult life. I didn’t feel frantic or very winded like I used to. Still, would be nice to hit 120 if for nothing else than to reach a healthier BMI and waist/hip ratio to stack the longevity odds in my favor…
Dear Lord, took long enough

I had photos from freakin 2002 to frame! Finally framed 8 photos/items this past weekend, from wedding photos to performance portaits to fine art to Chinese paper cutouts—all done. Cheap Pete’s in San Francisco. Not a great selection but price was okay, and just 6 blocks from my place.
