Hey guys. My name’s Mike. I finally got myself down to my goal of 150 from 180 and now i trying to add some muscle. I’m doing about 50 push ups sit ups and crunches in the morning and some more during the day but does anybody else have any advice that could help me out. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks.

What started out as a vague interest just turned into an obsession. There was a song on tv and the only lyrics i remember are “anything, anything.” I remember part of the melody but thats not teh kind of thing you can search for so im gonna write it here.
its in 3/3 time and the notes for this part are:
the dotted lines are beat markings and represent an eighth note. you can just tap the arrow across the lines with a steady beat and see when the notes occur. The anything’s are on the
ed d’s and the E’S ARE ALL FLATTED. i didn’t want to throw off the beat by writing that down. PLEASE COMMENT OF I WILL GO CRAZY!
I just found out where to get 25 speed B&W Film. Unfortunetaly, the color 25 speeds are long discontinued and black and white is still rare, but B and H sells ekfe 25 speed film online for only about 4 dollars a 36 exposure roll. It’s a special order and will take about two to three weeks to recieve, but if anybody wants to take EXTREMELY detailed high-grain pictures get some WHILE THEY STILL EXIST. The professionals who shoot with the discontinued color 25 speed film they have packed in their freezers sometimes make enlargments for shows up to eight feet high with no loss in quality. Keep in mind that the only single lense camera that will recognize a film this slow is an SLR. If you have one buy a roll. It’s not C-41, so if you don’t process your own film you’ll have to send it out. It’s processed in D-76.
