I was down to 172 in the middle of the summer. I was training moderately for the half marathon and not eating all that well. I’m up to 180 as my ‘winter weight’, but I know that 170 is attainable.
I’m finding that balance in life requires organisation and awareness of what’s important(which weren’t what I could call strong suits). The things I’m constantly trying to stay ontop of are:
-health(diet and exercise)
-finances(budgeting, tracking expenses and income)
-hobbies(guitar, french)
Without optimal energy levels from eating well and exercising I wouldn’t have the energy to pursue my other responsibilities and hobbies.
