meditate regularly again
got out of habit 4 weeks ago

I used to meditate twice a day for 15-20 minutes, using the TM (transcendental meditation). I got into it because they were going to start a TM club at my school. Under normal circumstances it cost $1000-2000, depending on your age, but our school got a scholarship for whoever wanted to learn to learn it (I suppose not enough for the whole school, but we didn’t exactly have an overflow of kids).

It was amazing, but I really got out of habit. It really improved my life and I miss it. Its just so hard to get back into it!

make goals again 4 weeks ago

I haven’t been on here in two years or so and forgot how nice it is to organize my desires in a list, and how helpful and healthy it is. I am hoping this time I’ll be able to accomplish so much more.

time to let go 4 weeks ago

I need to stop focusing on things that have made me upset in the past and focus on the things that bring joy to my life. I want to start doing yoga more, ride my bike, and maybe take an art class. I want to let go of the people who hurt me and GET OVER IT.
