How I did it: I worked hard and studied hard. I had to work 22 hours a week to support myself. As I was studying a Bachelor of Nursing, you only have 10 weeks holiday per year compared to the average British student. When on clinical placement I would have to work 37.5 hours Mon-Fri and 22 hours Sat-Sun.I missed barely any lectures and tutorials. Most of the time I was exhausted but time when quickly, so it didn't feel so prolonged. Read how I did it…

I know own my very own horse. She’s a young Welsh Section D…just about to turn 2 in April. As well as looking after her I ride friend’s horses. For a while I rode a lovely horse called Bilbo, owned by a friend but he sadly had to be PTS. I really miss him. This is a pic of me riding him…
