I just had to pay $500 in tuition.
And I still have an outstanding balance of $3000.
Wonderful. There go my savings.

How I did it: Like my entry said, I just set my alarm in a place that's impossible for me to get to easily. This way, when my alarm goes off, I can't just reach over and hit snooze, which, as we all know, is way too easy. I have to get up, go down a ladder, and then hit snooze on my computer. By the time I do all these things, I'm already awake! :) Yay! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Like the batteries, all the different types of bulbs just... scare me. I tend to avoid things that scare me or present a challenge (but doesn't everyone?). But I finally, with the help of my boyfriend again, went out and got the bulbs. They're good for the environment! Unfortunately, I broke two of my four lamps in the following three weeks. I don't know how it keeps happening. They just keep falling?(I'm clumsy) Read how I did it…
How I did it: Batteries intimidate me, so I was avoiding getting them for my lite bright for too long. Much too long. But last time he was visiting me, my boyfriend helped me navigate my way through all the different voltages and whatnot. It was fantastic! Read how I did it…

I feel like quitting my job. I don’t like going in anymore. I don’t like the people there. And I know I deserve a raise, but because the newspaper business hasn’t been doing well, they aren’t giving anyone a raise. I know I should just be grateful to have a job; but it is still really frustrating to know that I work as hard as I do and get paid next to nothing (seriously… it’s embarrassing.
Blah.
I just put away $150! I’m really excited. And after buying groceries and an external hard drive, I still have $300 in my checking.
