I brought off the wall to start. Obviously this wasn’t his first album, but I figured I get all his stuff before I go and get the Motown cds.

How I did it: I slowly reduced the amount of times I was eating out. I joined a gym, and tried to incorporate more exercise into my daily routine. I also tried to keep a food journal, though there were many days that I didn't use it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I wish I could say I worked out hard everyday and eat all the right things. I did try and do all those things, but ultimately it came down to less eating out/fast food. Everybody knows it's hard as hell to lose weight, abd even harder when you're stressed. I could have lost the weight in a shorter amount of time if I had just eaten out even less than what I did, and reduced the amount of fatty foods I ate when I did eat home. What's… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I am trying to lose weight, and one easy way to do that is eating breakfast. I'm not a morning person at all, and I hate cereal, so an obvious quick/easy/delicious way to incorporate breakfast into my life is to start eating smoothies. Because I'm on a budget, I knew there was no way I was going to spend more than $50 on a blender. As much as a vita-mix blender would have been nice, there's no way on earth I could justify spending $400 on… Read how I did it…

I’m trying to lose that last .8 pounds by the end of next week. It’s def. not an unrealistic goal, but my ass is stubborn, and no matter how many times I tell myself no, I have a hard time putting down the cheez-its and driving past the mcdonalds.
I’ve had the past two days off from work, and all I’ve been doing is eating and sleeping all day long. I gotta go back to work tomorrow, so I’m hoping that once I have something to occupy my hands (instead of food) it’ll be easier.
Still .4 more pounds to lose. I dropped the ball on this one, but it’s been a stressful week for me. Today I’m eating pizza (i’ve been craving it), but tomorrow I’m going to try and get back to better habits.
