i tried giving up smoking countless times but failed on each and every attempt. i was starting to think i’d never be able to do it when i found out about hypnotherapy. i was slightly apprehensive at first, but i decided to try it with an open mind (contrary to the stereotype it doesn’t involve any swinging pendulums haha)... i havnt smoked since and what’s more i don’t have the slightest inclination to. i feel free and healthy, with more money in my pocket ;) i highly recommend it. it doesnt work for everyone but its definitely worth a try if you’re serious about giving up. you’ve nothing to lose at the end of the day!

“Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.” – Sydney Smith
i want: to live life to the maximum and take each day as it comes. to live in the present and not in the past. to stop having so many regrets, the past is the past, you can only learn from experiences, whether they be good or bad, they build strength of character and make you who you are…
