I helped a little flying bug last night. He flew into my bath and started to drown. I helped him out but his wings fell off and he crawled down the toilet…I think it was for the best…..

I’ve been pulling muscles all over the place, getting home all tired unfulfilled and narky….stuffing my face full of junk food…sleeping in….watching dvd’s…...i have no motivation..i hate sport….i really should go for a walk though, then a longer walk and than half jog and half run….hmmm the thought of it tightens my calves…..

I was going at this with all guns a blazin’ and then I got stuck…well more burned out. I need to plan a time each night to sit down and work at it….say 15 minutes.
