I was quite successful at this for a few months, maybe 6? But I’ve fallen back into old habits and am spending more time than I’d like on here.

I forgot this was a goal of mine. I rarely, if ever, eat refined sugar anymore. I’ve also significantly cut down on refined grains.



lucid dream
5-htp 16 months ago

It happened by accident. I started taking 100mg of 5-htp a day and for the first few days I had lucid dreams—a completely unexpected side effect. I only get them now if I increase the dose for the day.
