How I did it: Took Chantix 12 weeks and was provided a 1 year support program. All I had to do was take Chntix twice a day for 12 weeks. It makes it so easy for me. Once I truly decided to stop smoking. I just follow the instructions. Chantix support group called me everyday to see how I was doing. I had one cigarette durging the process of quitting. I did not know. But according to the website below, I donated

1 platelet (yikes, it hurts.)

Not bad… not bad… I think. Everytime when I donate blood, my body CREATS FRESH BLOOD. Only our body is able to create blood. I feel fourtunate that I am able to do this, hence I will do that as long as I can.
Maybe I should eat more spinich!? ha ha… I’ll do this one more time within this year.
