my dad always encouraged me to learn to play.. i never took him up on his offer to teach me. last summer my sister and i picked up the guitar and he taught us some chords to get us started. a few weeks later he was killed. there are so many things i regret, and i just realized one day;; stop living in the past and do something about it. for a while it was hard to play, my dad had seven acoustic guitars, so when i picked one up and started playing again, it felt like i was connecting with him.

don’t give up.. for anything.

i worked out last night for about two or two and a half hours last night. i felt so relaxed, and the time just flew by. i put on some classical music, shut off the tv, and went at it. i stretched for about 45 minutes, and then did some pilates and aerobics. i slept better than i had in months. hopefully i can keep the momentum and work out for at least an hour everyday.

i just sent my resume in to Northwest Airlines. yay. like i said before, i can’t be a flight attendant until i’m 21 and i need 2 years customer service experience anyway.. so hopefully i can get involved with their customer service employment program and get a head start!
