Okay so this one is going to easy. All I have to do is eat better foods and keep up with one of my other things “get in shape.”
Since January I have lost about 30Lbs but I have a LOT more to go.
I need to start planning my meals and staying with them.

I’ve started going to the gym. I also play a little soccer once a week.
I have a LOT of work to do, but I started in January 2005 and I’m on my way. Now I just have to start eating the right foods and I’ll be really cookin’ then.
Just in this past 6 months I have noticed a big difference in how I feel. I just have to work the physical “shape” now.
