Monaco Deferred

I used a random number generator to select a number between 1 and 1000, and used that number in conjunction with the book “1000 Places to Go Before you Die” (or something like that), and it came up with Monaco.

However, I’ve decided to wait until at least 2008, because apparently France is going to be implementing an anti-smoking law in 2008 that will affect pubs & restaurants. I really hate smoking in pubs & restaurants, so I’m going to hold out until that law is in place.

Get The Sims 2 University
Has cool new features

I debated long and hard about whether to get this expansion pack or not. With the original Sims I was often disappointed by the expansion packs. Finally I caved and got it.

I love:
  • the influence feature (influence other sims to do things!)
  • University itself is really fun
  • the dorms
I don’t love:
  • the longer load times
  • the mascots

I got the ipod shuffle. It’s sweet! Sometimes I do wish it had a screen, but other than that I’m totally happy with it.
