Just a lot of sweat. I was WILDLY ambitious with my timeline, not even close. I was spot on with budget. Just plan ahead, adapt as necessary.

How I did it: 1. Read the Rita book2. MEMORIZE the process matrix3. MEMORIZE as many process matrix inputs and outputs as you can. Their are over 400, so you won't memorize them all. Executing process group are probably the best ones to memorize. 4. Take practice tests until you score in the 80s consistently. 5. Fills your knowledge holes with PMBOK.6. Use common sense. Not nearly as hard as the PMP. Just read the Shon Harris book, take practice tests. I studied about 2 hours a night for 6 weeks. No boot camp, passed on first try.
I tried to do this on and off for 10 years, no success. Then I went on a diet and started exercising more. This cleared my head, made thinking clearer, and gave me more energy. TV just became uninteresting, just stopped watching. Weird.
