How I did it: I used to think too much in the future and analyse too much, think if it worths or not, not being enthusiastic, sometimes just being lazy. Then I just went to the swimming pool and realized swimming is one thing I like to do, it helps me relax and strenghten the muscles so I decided to do this once a week. I actually realized I have already friends, and the quantity is not so important as the quality. Co-workers or neighbours can also become friends, just when you ask them out for a drink sometimes. Also, getting in touch with friends you haven’t seen for long can be very good, remembering the past moments and noticing the changes…
it’s working, very difficult in the beginning but I notice small changes. The key is to reformulate any negative thought in a positive one…it can be annoying at times but it worths trying.
