I’ve tried a couple times to make sourdough starter and it didn’t work. I have since learned that using raisin water helps, so I’ll try that next time.

How I did it: Well, I was with this guy for four years. Our relationship was never good, but because it had some good parts, I was able to look past his controlling behavior, alcoholism, and eventual verbal abuse. It wasn't until after we had a child together that I realized how toxic our relationship was. I had to get out of there for my mental health. It took me several months to get up the courage to finally leave. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I decided to trust my body to do what it is supposed to do. I educated myself on the birthing process and on interventions. Listened to self-hypnosis and birth affirmation CDs. I studied Hypnobirthing. I wasn't able to utilize the self-hypnosis during labor, but I kept in mind some of the things I learned from the book. How I did it: I had called 25 different places and only 2 allowed dogs. After 4 years out of my parents house, I am now living with them again, but this time I have my son with me. Finally left a bad relationship, but I don’t have the means to support myself and my son yet. After I can go to school and get a job as an LPN, I will be able to move out again.
Wow, blast from the past reading about registering my ‘87 Civic. That thing lasted as long as I needed it to, but it was towards the end of it’s life. I kinda miss my old civic… it was like a go-cart! Anyways, I just bought a ‘96 Civic from my ex. (See a pattern?) He’s going to fix the brakes and the exhaust for me for free and then I’ll get it insured and registered and bring it home.
