I made the offer and a few people took me up on it. I guess it’s less of an issue now that more people are using Gmail. Removing this from my list so I can get some more useful things on there!

Some coding work would pay the bills – I think this is the best way of getting some work in.
A lot has changed since I last wrote an entry here! I’ve moved from London to Berlin and am currently enrolled in an intensive language course here. Much of the “hard stuff” such as grammar is made much easier when I have to repeatedly go over and over it. I guess there’s no way out of grammar – it’s a case of constant repetition. It helps that it’s a good class.
I’m a month here now and loving the change of scene and loving how cheap it is here compared to London. The thing I still find difficult is memorising vocabulary, especially since I find so many words very similar to each other e.g. Geschichte, Gedicht, Gericht, Gesicht.
I’m probably going to change this goal now since “Learn German” is a bit open. I’m aiming now for the Zertifikat Deutsche B1 exam. A bit more vocabulary and knowledge of which prepositions hook onto which verbs and I think this is a reasonable goal.
