41 pounds down. This was much easier to reach by taking it 5 pounds at a time and making it a lifestyle change, not just a fad diet.

How I did it: I have changed the way I eat and live. I changed my attitude toward food. I stopped eating when I was emotionally hungry. I made eating and preparing food something fun, by eating more of the healthy foods I like. I realized I needed to eat smaller meals more often to avoid stuffing my face when I got home from work. How I did it: I significantly changed my eating habits. I very rarely eat anything processed anymore. I started eating things like chicken, raspberries, apples, spinach and egg omelettes, fruit and yogurt smoothies, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, etc. These healthier foods actually taste better than what I was eating before.
